Control the radio and intercom from your smartphone
Using the RS-M500 app (for iOS™/Android™) on your smartphone, you can remotely control certain functions of your IC-M510E via Wi-Fi.
Up to three smartphones can be used as wireless microphones or remote controls, replacing a standard microphone. An intercom function is also
available between your smartphone and the radio.

Built-in AIS*
receiver Thanks to the built-in AIS receiver or an external NMEA signal, the IC-M510E can display real-time information about AIS vessel traffic on the screen.
From the AIS screen, you can directly make individual DSC calls to selected AIS targets.

Wide Viewing Angle Color TFT LCD
The color TFT LCD provides a viewing angle of nearly 180 degrees.
The wide display features high-resolution characters and function icons. The screen’s
night mode ensures good readability even in low light.

AIS Target Call with the MA-510TR
When connected to the optional MA-510TR Class B AIS transponder, the AIS Target Call feature allows you to make individual DSC calls without having to manually enter the MMSI number.
