Baofeng UV-5R Mini Two-Way Radio – Legendary Performance in a Pocket-Sized Package

Are you looking for a reliable two-way radio that won’t take up space in your backpack or on your tactical vest? The Baofeng UV-5R Mini is a modern successor to the legendary UV-5R radio—28% smaller. Weighing just 200 grams and featuring compact dimensions, it delivers a full 5 W of transmit power, a color display, and revolutionary features such as USB-C charging and wireless programming from a smartphone via Bluetooth.

It’s the ideal choice for airsoft players, outdoor enthusiasts, event organizers, and as a backup radio for ham radio operators.

Key features you’ll love:

• Wireless setup via Bluetooth: Forget about annoying cables connecting to your PC. Using a free mobile app (e.g., Ola Radio for Android/iOS), you can fully configure channels, frequencies, and features conveniently right from your phone.
• Charge anywhere via USB-C: You no longer need to carry bulky desktop chargers with you. The built-in USB-C port in the battery (1600 mAh) lets you recharge the radio from a power bank, in your car, or with a phone charger.
• Airband Monitoring: In addition to standard VHF and UHF broadcasts, you can now tune in and listen to air traffic in the 108–136 MHz (AM) band.
• Instant Frequency Cloning (Channel Clone): Have you come across someone in the field you need to contact, but don’t know their frequency? The cloning feature can detect nearby transmissions, identify the frequency—including sub-tones (CTCSS/DCS)—and save it with a single press.
• Dual PTT (Two Transmit Buttons): On the side of the radio, you’ll find two separate transmit buttons. This allows you to immediately speak on Channel A or Channel B without having to navigate through the display.
