A marine radio model suitable for both maritime and inland waterway navigation, equipped with GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, SBAS) and an AIS receiver. Rugged design with IPX8 rating.
With its integrated AIS receiver, the IC-M605EURO can display real-time information about AIS vessel traffic on the screen. The combined AIS screen allows you to monitor the AIS plotter during basic operation. You can directly call a selected AIS target from the AIS screen using DSC individual calling.
Intuitive user interface. A combination of directional keys and soft keys ensures simple operation. The most frequently used functions are assigned to soft keys (at the bottom of the display) for quick one-touch access. The large, slim keypad allows for smooth entry of channel numbers, MMSI numbers with ID names, and more.
Class S-leading receiver performance. The IC-M605EURO can clearly receive a weak signal adjacent to a strong signal. Its commercial-grade receiver performance (selectivity and IMD: over 75 dB) ensures reliable communication at all times.
Active Noise Canceling technology. Active Noise Canceling technology digitally removes background noise from both transmitted and received audio, ensuring clear communication in noisy marine environments.
Last Call Recording. The last call recording feature automatically saves up to two minutes of an incoming call. Never miss an incoming message.
Private conversation. With the optional UT-112 unit, the IC-M605EURO offers 32-tone secure conversation. This feature is useful when you want to share private information with other vessels.
It provides clear, loud sound. The IC-M605EURO’s internal speaker enhances the clarity of received calls. The waterproof speaker delivers excellent sound quality with a wide frequency range and a flat frequency response for powerful yet clear sound.
Integrated GNSS receiver. A GNSS receiver (GPS, GLONASS, and SBAS) is integrated into the IC-M605EURO. Location information can be easily received by connecting to the included 5-meter GNSS antenna, the UX-241.
30 W two-way hailer and automatic foghorn. When connected to the optional SP-37 horn speaker, you can speak to crew members on board or ashore through the radio’s microphone and hear any response through the horn speaker.
NMEA 2000™, NMEA 0183 / -HS connectivity. Using the NMEA 2000™ connection, the radio can exchange GNSS data, AIS messages, DSC call data, radio frequency data, and PGN lists over the network. GNSS position data in NMEA 0183/-HS format can also be converted to NMEA 2000™ data for other devices.
